Role Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth, product awareness, and revenue performance across pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product lines. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, regulatory considerations, and consumer behavior—particularly within the Philippine market—and will play a key role in positioning the company's brands as trusted, effective, and accessible health solutions.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis, and Brand Management experience
• Has experience in executing multi-channel campaigns such as the following: on-the-ground marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Advertising
• Experienced in managing Advertising Budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
• Led digital growth strategies including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and funnel optimization.
• Leadership abilities and strong collaborative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
