As they scale our platform, we are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience from leading e‑commerce marketplaces to drive growth, engagement, and brand performance.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth. This role requires hands-on experience in e‑commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Zalora, with a strong understanding of platform mechanics, campaigns, and performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Plan and manage campaign calendars, including mega sales, brand days, and platform-led promotions.
- Identify opportunities to maximize platform visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
Campaign & Platform Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across e‑commerce platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Optimize campaign mechanics, vouchers, promotions, and messaging in line with platform best practices.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular performance reports and post-campaign reviews for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Performance Ads, CRM, Creative, Commercial, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with platform account managers and brand partners.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within e‑commerce or online marketplace platforms.
- Direct experience working with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, or similar platforms is required.
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce marketing mechanics, platform campaigns, and digital funnels.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work office-based in Quezon City.
