We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing strategy for Nisce Skin Group, covering clinics, general trade, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all business units

• Lead brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches

• Manage digital marketing (social media, paid ads, e-commerce platforms)

• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

• Oversee trade marketing and in-store activations

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing ROI

• Lead and mentor the marketing team

Qualifications:

              •            Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

              •            At least 5–8 years of relevant experience, with managerial exposure

              •            Preferably from skincare, beauty, dermatology, or aesthetics industry

              •            Strong background in digital and e-commerce marketing

              •            Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
