Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing the annual Public Relations, advertising, and media plan in coordination with the Director of Communications.
- Maintain and update records of media contacts and journalists.
- Maintain a mailing list of former and existing clients.
- Assist with internal meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
- Distribute English press releases.
- Report important news and major competitor coverage to the Director of Communications immediately.
- Submit English news updates for the Lobby Magazine to Corporate Communications at the Corporate Office.
- Attend internal and external social events.
- Translate key news and press clippings between English.
- Arrange press conferences and interviews as needed.
- Handle correspondence when required.
- Manage press releases, select news, and relevant photographs for PR exposure.
- Prepare news publicity for the MIS report.
- Provide monthly updates and comparisons of news releases among competing hotels.
- Write F&B promotional materials in both English.
- Maintain a regular schedule for press and client visits.
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications to develop PR and advertising plans for the entertainment complex.
- Work closely with the Event Manager to coordinate social events in the entertainment complex.
- Entertain guests as assigned by the Director of Communications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Manila-based media outlets, influencers, and sponsors.
- Plan, execute, and monitor public relations activities, including press releases and media events.
- Manage marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate special events and sponsorship activities.
- Ensure all content, assets, and activities comply with brand guidelines.
