Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the company's marketing strategy with a strong focus on content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation. This role is responsible for building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Applicants must currently be residing in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in content-driven marketing, excellent storytelling skills, and a track record of creating campaigns that resonate with target audiencespreferably within the BPO, outsourcing, or staffing industry.

Note: Candidates must have hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot (required) and be able to collaborate effectively across Sales, Recruitment, HR, IT, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, email, and offline channels to support business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and resources to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Recruitment, HR, IT, Operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Content Creation & Management

  • Lead the development of high-impact content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts, presentations, newsletters, etc.) that strengthens brand positioning.
  • Oversee editorial calendars, publishing workflows, and campaign content.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, storytelling, and messaging across all channels.
  • Repurpose content for multi-channel use (social media, campaigns, email, website, events).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and creative agencies to deliver engaging materials.

Digital & Demand Generation

  • Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns, digital ads, and content marketing.
  • Manage social media strategy, engagement, and growth.
  • Oversee SEO, paid advertising, and website optimization to ensure visibility and reach.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Skills & Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot (must-have).
  • Strong background in content marketing, copywriting, and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Experience leading teams, freelancers, or creative contributors.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email platforms, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Industry experience in BPO, outsourcing, or staffing preferred.
