Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling content (articles, blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, infographics) using approved creative briefs and messaging guides to increase visibility and adoption of Optum Financial products and services.
  • Support successful product launches and integrated campaigns through strong storytelling and content execution aligned to business objectives.
  • Repurpose long-form content into high-impact short-form assets to maximize reach and engagement across channels.
  • Manage creation of event-related assets, including booth designs, event materials, and supporting social media content.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials, including sales toolkits, battle cards, bills of materials, and FAQs.
  • Own the creation and distribution of the monthly sales newsletter to support field readiness and alignment.
  • Complete content briefs for website creation and ongoing updates, ensuring alignment with approved messaging.
  • Manage and maintain the Sales Hub, ensuring sales teams have access to current, compliant, and effective assets.
  • Lead annual audits of sales and marketing materials, coordinating reviews, tracking feedback, managing approvals, and maintaining asset governance.
  • Track asset usage and performance metrics to inform optimization and future content planning.
  • Maintain editorial calendars, content trackers, team SOPs, and the archive of marketing and sales assets.
  • Apply brand, legal, and compliance edits following approvals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation and sales enablement.
  • Proven experience producing content such as white papers, articles, blogs, case studies, and social media assets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work from concept through execution and optimization.
  • Demonstrated project management capability across multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience designing PowerPoint presentations preferred.
  • Experience marketing to provider and health plan or insurance organizations preferred.
  • Experience supporting sophisticated sales organizations and technology-driven marketing teams preferred.
