What You'll Do:
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand presence and drive project engagement. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns, memorable events, and impactful experiences aligned with Rockwell's premium standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Event Conceptualization & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning of on-ground events, project activations, and brand experiences in line with the brand's strategic direction.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of event execution including logistics, sourcing, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination from ingress to egress.
- Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with the Creative and Digital teams for the production of marketing collaterals, promotional materials, invitations, and directional assets.
- Sales Lounge Support: Ensure that the onsite sales lounge is consistently well-stocked, organized, and equipped with all marketing materials and supplies.
- Post-Event Reporting: Prepare and present post-event analyses with insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with Sales, Leasing, and other business units to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives.
What It Takes to Succeed:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, events management, or business development
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency in addressing stakeholder needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
