Job Description

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving company growth and achieving the companys Objectives and Key Results through various marketing activities, programs and strategies for the brands under Caravan Food Group, Inc. They lead a team in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure that these reach their intended target market and drive demand for the companys products.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and manage the marketing team Brand Managers, Creative & CSR Specialist, and Marketing Assistant.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship and performance evaluations to support professional growth of team members.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall company vision and mission.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Oversee market research efforts to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies.
  • Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and adjust marketing plans as needed.
  • Brand Development and Positioning
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, including visual and messaging elements.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of CSR initiatives and advocacy efforts.
  • Ensure alignment of creative efforts with CSR goals and overall marketing strategy.
  • Product Development and Innovation
  • Collaborate with product development teams, along with brand managers to bring new innovative products to the market.
  • Ensure new products align with brand identity and meet customer expectations.
  • Marketing Campaigns and Advertising
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the companys products across all brands.
  • Oversee the use of marketing channels (Shopify / webstores), partner merchants (Grab Food, Food Panda, Pickaroo, and Booky), social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Sales Strategy and Distribution (with focus on Raw Juice Bar)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure effective management of distribution channels and product availability in key locations webstores, partner merchants, consignors, and branches.
  • Expand distribution of Raw Juice Bar products to other retail stores.
  • Customer Engagement and Loyalty Programs
  • Oversee customer initiatives, including social media interactions, events and promotions.
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and attract new customers.
  • Creative Content Development
  • Supervise the creation of social media concepts and content strategies for each brand.
  • Coordinate with the Creatives department to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
  • Event Planning and Execution
  • Oversee the planning, execution and success of marketing events.
  • Budget Management
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities across all brands.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to top management.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding marketing strategies and performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, community organizations and partner content collaborators.
  • Other duties
  • Provide support to other team members and assist with additional projects as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing in a leadership position, in the F&B industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, basic Canva or graphic tool familiarity).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience running Meta and Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads
