Job Description

- is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategies that promote a companys products or services. Their main goal is to attract customers, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Strategies
  • Plan and create effective marketing strategies to promote products or services
  • Set clear goals and objectives aligned with company targets
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns
  • Organize and execute advertising campaigns (online and offline)
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Conduct Market Research
  • Study market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities for growth and new markets
  • Oversee Branding
  • Maintain and strengthen the companys brand image
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
  • Analyze Performance
  • Track and evaluate campaign results using data and analytics
  • Adjust strategies based on performance and feedback
  • Manage Budget
  • Plan and control the marketing budget
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Lead and Coordinate Teams
  • Supervise marketing staff and coordinate with other departments (sales, design, etc.)
  • Ensure teamwork and smooth workflow
  • Handle Digital Marketing
  • Manage social media, email marketing, websites, and online ads
  • Improve online presence and customer engagement

Job Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or sales.
  • Proven experience in handling marketing campaigns and projects
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is often preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, email marketing, online ads)
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret market trends
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools is a plus
