Job Scope:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible in handling the following:

Launch and implement Ayala Malls initiated events and promos including local and international shows, mall-wide sales, family events in the quality standard of the Commercial Business Group

Help achieve mall venue rent income target and marketing recoveries including sponsorship and other opportunities

Handle communication and PR efforts to increase awareness of Ayala initiated and mall-initiated events and promos

Assist merchants in the conceptualization of specific marketing programs to promote their brand and branch in the mall

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry in a managerial capacity
  • Strong knowledge of events and campaigns management, digital, and brand marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
