Description:
- Interact and assist inquiries of clients on site
- Conceptualize and implement basic social media ads and other content planning (poster, billboards, influencers)
- Coordinate with architect/engineer to improve design of projects based on customer feedback
- Assist in virtual zoom seminars for other sales representatives
- Organizing and record keeping of client data
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years Bachelors Degree in any field
- A graduate degree is not a requirement but highly preferred
- Good communication skills and isa a people person to interact w/ clients
- fast learner, able to grasp basic concepts related to real estate developing and selling (design and sales)
- Knows basic computer skills (MS Office, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp, Photoshop knowledge is a plus)
