Liveops is seeking a creative, digitally savvy, and community-focused Marketing Manager, Agent Growth (Philippines) to lead marketing efforts that attract, engage, and grow our independent agent community across the Philippines.

This role serves as the regional marketing lead for agent acquisition and is responsible for executing localized marketing strategies that resonate with the Philippine market. Working closely with the U.S. Marketing Manager, Philippines and US Talent Acquisition, Operations, Creative, and external agency partners, you'll bring the Liveops brand to life through compelling campaigns, engaging content, and strong community engagement.

We're looking for a marketer, not a recruiter. The ideal candidate understands Filipino consumer behavior, social media trends, digital marketing, and community building, and knows how to connect with prospective agents in an authentic way.

What You'll Do

Execute Regional Marketing Strategy

• Execute localized marketing campaigns aligned with U.S. strategy and Philippine hiring priorities.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand regional sourcing needs.
• Adapt messaging, creative, and campaigns for the Philippine market.
• Recommend new ideas based on local trends and market insights.
• Establish governance and content approval processes to ensure agent-facing and recruitment messaging remain compliant and brand-consistent.
• Collaborate with Agent Experience to maintain a centralized repository of marketing-ready agent content.
• Partner with Agent Experience to Identify and amplify authentic agent stories, testimonials, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and community success stories that support both agent acquisition and agent retention objectives.

Own Social Media & Community Engagement

Serve as the primary owner of Liveops social media strategy for agent marketing.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage organic social media for both the Philippines and U.S. agent audiences.
• Build engaging content calendars.
• Create social campaigns that attract prospective agents.
• Manage Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms relevant to the Philippines.
• Foster online community engagement.
• Monitor comments and messages.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on live recruiting events and social campaigns.
• Identify local influencers and partnership opportunities.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes.

Support Paid Media & Vendor Management

Partner with the U.S. Marketing Manager to maximize paid acquisition performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with paid media agencies supporting Philippine recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign launches.
• Review creative assets.
• Analyze campaign performance.
• Recommend optimizations.
• Ensure campaigns align with hiring priorities.

Develop Localized Content

• Create content tailored to the Philippine market.
• Write social posts, blog content, and campaign copy.
• Develop agent success stories and testimonials.
• Partner with the creative team on videos, graphics, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure messaging reflects local culture and resonates with prospective agents.

Support Website & Digital Experience

Partner with the U.S. Marketing Manager to improve the agent recruitment experience by:

• Recommending website updates.
• Supporting SEO and GEO initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities to improve discoverability.
• Reviewing landing page performance.
• Improving conversion rates.

Reputation & Employer Brand

Strengthen Liveops reputation within the Philippines by:

• Managing online reputation.
• Encouraging agent reviews and testimonials.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives.
• Monitoring social conversations.
• Building relationships with local communities and organizations.
• Identifying partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Required
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine digital marketing landscape.
• Experience managing social media for brands or communities.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience working with paid media agencies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with U.S.-based teams.

Preferred

• Experience in consumer (B2C), marketplace, gig economy, staffing, recruitment, or community marketing.
• Experience building online communities.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management platforms.
• Experience with SEO, GEO, and AI-assisted content creation.
• Graphic design or short-form video editing experience is a plus.
