Digitalfeet is a Norwegian digital marketing agency. Norwegian clients, Philippine team, one product: Subscribe to Marketing (STM). AI does a growing share of the production.

We need a Marketing Lead to own the service and its quality bar. You report directly to the CEO.

The job in one line: you have been the marketing manager for one company. This is that job for five to six brands at once, with a Producer and AI doing the production.

It is a numbers role, not a creative role. Our clients are Norwegian B2B companies, mostly in IT and tech.

•  The service: what we offer and how it evolves

•  The quality bar: nothing reaches a client without your sign-off

•  Each client's direction: what they do next, and whether it works

•  Campaigns and paid ads: targeting, budgets, and the final check before launch

•  SEO and performance across all clients

•  Our Marketing Producer: direction, feedback, growth

•  An analytical head: SEO, ads, and channel numbers are your language

•  Detail-ruthless: you never launch unchecked, no wrong audiences, no dead links

•  A whole-picture marketer, not a one-channel specialist

•  Senior in judgement: you set direction and stand behind it

•  Above AI, not under it: you use agents daily and understand what the output means

•  Able to say not good enough and explain why

•  Strong in written English

•  The most creative person in the room. We have a Producer for that

•  A designer or video maker. You judge and direct; others make

•  4+ years in marketing

•  Time as the person responsible for a company's marketing

•  Marketing to B2B, IT, or tech audiences, not consumer social only

•  Hands-on with paid ads and SEO, and daily AI use in real marketing work

•  A plus: several brands at once, or Nordic and Western markets

•  Real authority and real responsibility, directly under the CEO
