Marketing Intern Social Media & Campaigns

Job Description

• Support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of social media and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing Xiaomi's social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other owned platforms.
• Develop captions, in-art copy, content briefs, and basic content concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure social media assets, copies, and campaign materials are completed and published according to schedule.
• Support the execution of product launches, promotions, events, activations, and other marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing campaign briefs, timelines, trackers, presentations, and post-campaign reports.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and relevant online conversations to identify content opportunities.
• Support basic social media performance tracking and campaign analysis.
• Assist in community-related initiatives and other day-to-day marketing requirements.
• Work with creative, PR, media, e-commerce, agencies, and other partners to support smooth campaign execution.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, or a related course.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with major social media platforms and current digital/content trends.
• Organized and comfortable managing timelines, trackers, and multiple deliverables.
• Creative thinker with an interest in both content and campaign management.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a fast-paced team.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics, content creation, or project management tools is a plus.
• Previous experience managing content for school organizations, personal pages, internships, or projects is an advantage.
• Interest in technology, smartphones, consumer electronics, and Xiaomi is a plus.
