We are looking for a high-energy, multi-talented Marketing Intern to join our team. If you're the person who can spot a trend before it hits the mainstream, edit a slick Reel in your sleep, and enjoys diving into the why behind consumer behavior, we want to talk to you.
This isn't a get us coffee internship. You'll be on the front lines, helping us build our brand presence and using data to sharpen our edge in the market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation (Photo & Video)
- Visual Storytelling: Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) and static assets.
- Post-Production: Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva to ensure all content is polished, on-brand, and optimized for different platforms.
- Asset Management: Help maintain our library of visual assets for future campaigns.
2. Social Media Management
- Community Engagement: Manage daily posting schedules and interact with our community to build brand loyalty.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on viral sounds, formats, and platform updates to keep our feed fresh.
- Copywriting: Draft punchy, engaging captions that stop the scroll and drive action.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor what our competitors are doing (and what they're missing) to identify new opportunities.
- Consumer Insights: Help conduct surveys or analyze social sentiment to understand our audience's needs.
- Reporting: Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing monthly reports to see what worked, what didn't, and how we can pivot.
Qualifications
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve) and design tools (Canva or Photoshop).
- Socially Fluent: A deep understanding of the nuances between Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just look at likes; you care about reach, engagement rates, and conversion.
- Self-Starter: You take initiative and aren't afraid to pitch crazy ideas.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field.
Minimum Hours Requirement: 400 hours
