Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist the creatives team in developing relevant content for the website and social mediaplatforms.
  • Research topics using a variety of sources, including video archives, the internet, library archives,and others as needed.
  • Compile data from various sources (social media insights, Meta, email campaigns).
  • Help create monthly reports on campaign performance (metrics like engagement, reach,clicks, conversions).
  • Perform basic competitor analysis to track their campaigns and content.
  • Assist in the launch of email marketing campaigns (building lists, drafting copy, testing inplatforms like Mailchimp).
  • Coordinate marketing materials for company events/activities.
  • Communicate with creatives, managers, team leaders/supervisors, and other stakeholders toensure a smooth running of the project.
  • Support the Marketing team by coordinating schedules, managing tasks/projects, taking detailednotes during meetings, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Run errands such as purchasing supplies, props, equipment, food, and other necessary items forthe project.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Marketing team to ensure all necessary tasks areperformed in a proficient manner that adheres to the quality expected from the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Skills in conducting market research and creating marketing strategies for various campaigns or efforts.
  • Understanding of sales principles and processes related to marketing and customer engagement.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and a keen interest in developing a career in marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus.
