Marketing Intern

I. Job Summary

The Marketing Intern will gain hands-on exposure to core marketing functions such as campaign execution, market research, and brand initiatives. The role allows practical learning through support of real marketing activities, helping build foundational skills in both digital and on-ground marketing within a professional environment.

II. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotions

• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities such as warehouse promotions, product launches, and brand activations.

Market Research

• Conduct market studies in focus markets, including analysis of demographics, psychographics, and media consumption.

Brand Awareness Campaigns

• Support execution of brand-building initiatives such as word-of-mouth marketing, social media campaigns, and influencer marketing activities.

Administrative Support

• Assist the marketing team with daily tasks, database management, and updating internal records.

Marketing Materials & Events

• Prepare publicity materials, distribute marketing collaterals and merchandise, and help organize marketing events and activations.

III. Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing field
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and techniques
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CRM, analytics tools, Google Ads) is a plus
• Passion for marketing and staying updated with industry trends
• Valid Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from your school, if it is a curriculum requirement
