A Successful Marketing Head Should Have
- A background in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in creating and managing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is an advantage.
