The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen Mary Grace's brand presence and equity in the Philippines and drive sustainable business growth.
This role plays a key part in shaping the future direction of the brand, taking into account market competition, key industry players, and evolving consumer attitudes and behaviors. The Marketing Head leads and mentors the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with both brand and business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Assess market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Brand Management
- Oversee the consistency, maintenance, and enhancement of the brand's identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld in all marketing initiatives.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Engagement
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve and protect The Mary Grace customer experience.
People Management
- Lead, inspire, and coach a dynamic marketing team through mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
Work Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or a similar role.
- Experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
Specialized Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools.
