Marketing & Growth Manager (Data & Optimisation) - Remote, Full-Time (6-month contract with a view to moving permanent)
About us
We are Charity Accounting Partners, a UK firm that gives charities a fully managed finance function so their leaders can focus on their mission instead of bookkeeping. Our marketing already works: paid ads, fortnightly webinars, lead magnets and a full email nurture system. We are looking for one person who loves data to take it over, run it, and make it better every week.
About the role
This is a hands-on role for someone who treats marketing as a series of experiments. Not I ran the campaigns but I had a hypothesis, I tested it, here is what the numbers did, here is what I am trying next. You will own our marketing engine end to end and be trusted to improve it without daily instruction.
You will work directly with our founder and CEO, a friendly and supportive industry expert who knows the charity finance sector inside out and will give you the subject knowledge, context and backing you need to grow the business with him.
What you will own
Your core focus is managing and optimising our paid and email channels:
- Plan, build and continuously test LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including new creatives, hooks, audiences and budgets
- Optimise our Klaviyo email marketing, A/B testing subject lines, content, timing and flows as the data builds
- Own GA4 and our website marketing analytics, and recommend landing pages and on-site optimisations that improve conversion rates
- Create new ad and email creatives and test them systematically to improve results
- Manage budgets and track, report on and improve key metrics including CAC, AOV and LTV
- Understand our marketing funnel deeply and move leads through it efficiently, from first touch to qualified lead
- Run charity and business partnership outreach by email to build new relationships and referral channels
- Review lead magnets, run the logistics of our fortnightly webinars, and deliver a short monthly report covering what you tested, what changed, why, and what you are testing next
What we are looking for
- 3+ years running B2B digital marketing, ideally for a UK, EU or North American business
- Genuine hands-on experience building and optimising LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads yourself, not just briefing an agency
- Strong working knowledge of an email marketing platform such as Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp, including flows and segmentation
- Confident in GA4 and website analytics, able to connect spend to leads and revenue rather than just clicks and opens
- Comfortable managing budgets and working to metrics like CAC, AOV and LTV
- A real love of data and testing: you form hypotheses, run experiments, read the results and decide what to try next as a matter of habit
- Strong written English, confident writing partnership outreach emails to UK organisations
- Self-directed, able to set your own testing agenda and own a function without being managed day to day
Charity sector experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Familiarity with Klaviyo specifically is a plus.

- Working hours: at least 4 hours of daily overlap with UK business hours (we are flexible on the exact schedule for the right person)
- Rate: ₱80,000 per month
- 6-month contract with a view to permanent
- Reporting directly to the founder and CEO
