Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience ingraphic design, marketing design, advertising design, or creative production, with a strong focus on static visual design rather than video editing
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Canva as a primary design tool, with working knowledge of Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience designing print and digital marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, social posts, email visuals, presentations, ads, and branded materials
- Portfolio link required, featuring completed work across graphic design, marketing collateral, layout design, print, digital, and brand-focused projects
- Strong eye for detail, typography, formatting, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand alignment
- Able to turn creative briefs into polished, accurate, and on-brand design outputs
- Capable of managing multiple design tasks, feedback rounds, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Experience setting up print-ready artwork and liaising with print suppliers is an advantage
- Background in real estate, property, luxury, or lifestyle marketing design is advantageous
- Organized, collaborative, open to feedback, and able to communicate and coordinate design work effectively
Responsibilities
Design & Production
- Create print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, property flyers, listing presentations, social media graphics, signage, and event collateral
- Design and format local advertising pieces using web-based platforms and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop and maintain templates for recurring needs, including listing packages, postcards, email graphics, and social series
- Adapt and resize creative assets for web, mobile, print, email, and social formats while maintaining visual integrity
- Prepare press-ready files and coordinate with print vendors when needed to ensure accurate color, specifications, and quality
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with the Marketing team to fulfill design requests and ensure creative projects meet agent needs and deadlines
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality deliverables with attention to detail and on-brand messaging
- Support marketing leadership with company-wide initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and special projects
- Partner with advisors and office staff to understand local market needs and propose design solutions that elevate their marketing
- Help manage intake, prioritization, and status tracking of design requests through project management tools
Quality, Brand & Asset Management
- Provide basic copyediting and proofreading support to ensure materials are accurate and professional
- Ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Maintain and organize a centralized library of design assets, templates, photography, and brand elements
- Contribute to the evolution of the visual identity by recommending refinements, layout improvements, and design best practices that support a luxury brand experience
