Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Generalist to own marketing end-to-end for a fast-moving B2B SaaS company. This is a hands-on operator role — not a strategy role — for someone who can move from copy and design to live deployment and iteration without waiting on approvals or external vendors.
You'll work closely with the founding team in a fully remote, async-first environment, taking full ownership of every marketing touchpoint: the website, social profiles, and sales collateral. There is no committee here — you close the loop yourself, in days, not weeks.
This role is ideal for someone who has a portfolio of real shipped work, not just decks, and who uses AI tools to multiply their own output rather than delegating it away.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing execution end-to-end — copy, design, and live deployment across all channels
- Maintain and iterate the company website (Framer) without relying on developers or agencies
- Design and ship sales collateral, landing pages, and campaign assets independently
- Manage and grow social profiles with consistent, on-brand content
- Plan marketing activity ahead of product launches, working closely with the sales team to support deal closing
- Prioritize speed and shipping — get things live and iterate, rather than seeking perfection before launch
- Use AI tools to accelerate copywriting, design, and production output
- Take full accountability for outcomes across every touchpoint, without deferring to external vendors
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience executing marketing at a B2B SaaS or sales-led company
- A portfolio of actual shipped work — websites, landing pages, campaigns — not strategy decks
- Strong, clear writing skills paired with high design taste
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with Framer strongly preferred
- Proven speed of execution and comfort working without a team or committee
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to multiply personal output
- Proactive mindset — plans ahead of launches rather than reacting to them
- Comfortable being fully accountable for results, with no hand-holding or vendor hand-offs
Hands-on experience with:
- Website management (Framer or equivalent)
- Figma or comparable design tools
- Sales collateral and landing page creation
- Social media content and profile management
