Job Description
We're hiring a Marketing Generalist to support our growth through lead generation and social media. This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute daily marketing tasks, stay organized, and track results.
Responsibilities
Build targeted lead lists and keep the lead tracker/CRM updated
Support outreach and follow-ups (email/LinkedIn/messages)
Create, schedule, and manage social media posts
Maintain a simple content calendar and help with basic copy/captions
Track weekly results (leads generated, replies/bookings, social engagement)
Requirements
Experience in lead generation and/or social media marketing
Strong communication and attention to detail
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic online tools
Nice To Have
Email marketing experience
Basic Canva/design skills
Experience supporting Meta/LinkedIn ads
