The Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Marketing Generalist (Content & Social Operations) to serve as the engine room for our content and marketing operations. This is a high-impact role designed to streamline our content production and maintain data integrity. Your mission is to act as the final line of defense for brand quality—reviewing agency content, managing social channels, and ensuring our Salesforce data is pristine. If you are a process-driven marketer who loves polishing content and keeping projects on track, this is the role for you.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Content QA & Editing: Review blog content from external SEO agencies for clarity, tone, and brand alignment; provide structured feedback to partners to minimize revision cycles.
  • Social Media Management: Draft, schedule, and publish organic social posts (primarily LinkedIn), repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form updates.
  • Channel Orchestration: Maintain the master content calendar across blog and social channels to ensure a consistent publishing cadence.
  • Creative Review: Evaluate video drafts from editors, providing actionable feedback on pacing, messaging, and visual clarity.
  • Ops & Data Support: Manage lead entry and campaign tracking in Salesforce, ensuring all contact records and campaign data are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Final Delivery: Take ownership of publishing finalized content across all social platforms and brand touchpoints.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years in content marketing, social media, or marketing operations.
  • Editing Prowess: Strong written English with professional experience in QA and editing blogs, SEO content, or marketing copy.
  • CRM Savvy: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) for lead entry and campaign tracking.
  • Workflow Management: Familiarity with content calendars and social media scheduling tools.
  • Communication: Ability to provide clear, structured feedback to creative partners and agencies.
  • Meticulous Nature: Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand voice consistency.
  • Remote Fluency: Comfort working asynchronously while managing multiple content workflows simultaneously.

Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience working directly with SEO agencies or external content vendors.
  • You have a basic understanding of SEO best practices.
  • You have experience with LinkedIn content strategy or founder-led social media.
  • You have a background in B2B, HR tech, or SaaS environments.
  • You have previous exposure to video content review or creative QA.
