Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Philippines - Any CS Branch (Makati, Ortigas, Pampanga, Tarlac, Cebu, Davao)

Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Head of FP&A, Marketing, and brand stakeholders to deliver meaningful commercial insights
- Support the insights manager and marketing teams by building financial and product models to inform key initiatives
- Perform detailed sales analysis, including:
- Channel performance
- Campaign effectiveness
- Core menu and product performance
- Review and analyse marketing campaigns, identifying ROI, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare stage-gate financial documentation to support the NPD and innovation process
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from senior stakeholders across the business
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or Marketing Analyst role
- Background in retail, FMCG, or QSR strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential, including:
- Complex formulas
- Pivot tables
- Data modelling and scenario analysis
- Strong experience with Power BI for reporting and insights
- Proven ability to analyse large data sets and turn them into practical recommendations
- Strong business partnering skills with a history of working closely with Marketing and Finance teams
- Confident communicator, able to explain insights clearly and influence decision-making
