The Marketing Executive will take a lead role in driving brand visibility and revenue for Creative Eateries diverse portfolio. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, managing key partnerships, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and cross-functional coordination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for assigned brands, ensuring all activities align with group-wide financial goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new outlet openings, brand refreshes, and large-scale corporate events (e.g., Town Halls, Internal Awards).
- Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to recommend improvements for future ROI.
Partnerships & PR Management
- Drive high-level external partnerships (e.g., banks & malls) to negotiate and execute high-impact promotions.
- Spearhead Media and PR activations, including managing relationships with KOLs, food critics, and journalists.
Content & Digital Engagement
- Oversee the social media content strategy, ensuring brand voice consistency and high engagement rates across all platforms.
- Develop and refine the CRM strategy for the Creative Eateries membership program, creating targeted engagement campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
Operations & Brand Development
- Support outlet-level marketing implementation - Project manage menu revamps and POSM production, coordinating between the culinary team, operations, and external designers.
- Proactively contribute to the conceptualization of new dining concepts, providing market research and competitive analysis to management.
- Manage the BTL strategy, identifying high-traffic ad spaces and innovative activation methods to drive footfall.
Service Excellence & Leadership
- Lead the service recovery process, setting the standard for how the group handles feedback across digital and offline channels.
- Provide guidance to junior marketing executives or interns to ensure operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Diploma in Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts
- Preferably 3 years of experience in related field
- Strong interest in F&B Industry (Restaurant & Catering)
- Positive working attitude, self-driven and proactive
- Keen eye for graphic visuals (POSM and Menu)
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
- Creative thinker and strong ability to conceptualise designs and customer experience
- Creative, motivated, focused, flexible, team-oriented, with the ability to work within tight deadlines and communicate ideas effectively
