Marketing Executive

Role overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing Executive to join RED's global Marketing team in Manila.

The role will combine broad marketing responsibilities with a particular strength ingraphic design, digital content and motion/animation, helping us create engaging content for RED's social media channels, websites, campaigns, events and internal communications.

Working as part of the wider global Marketing team, the successful candidate will also contribute to the day-to-day marketing operations that support RED across its international business.

Key responsibilities

Creative & digital content

• Create high-quality branded graphics and digital assets for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns and other marketing channels.
• Develop motion graphics, animation and short-form visual content, bringing greater creativity to how RED communicates technical subjects, people, projects and ideas.
• Support the creation and adaptation of content for global campaigns, thought leadership initiatives and events.
• Apply and champion RED's visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality across marketing materials.
• Work with colleagues across Marketing to turn briefs, ideas and technical content into engaging visual communications.

Marketing operations & support

• Support the management and ongoing development of RED's marketing collateral and digital asset libraries.
• Produce and update corporate collateral, presentations, templates and other branded materials.
• Respond to internal marketing requests in coordination with the wider Marketing team.
• Support marketing activity across the APAC region, including events, campaigns, communications and local requirements.
• Contribute to wider global Marketing projects and ad hoc activities as priorities develop.

About you

You will be a marketer with strong creative skills, comfortable contributing beyond design and keen to develop within a broad international marketing function.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience in a marketing, communications or creative role.
• Strong graphic design skills and a good understanding of brand application.
• Demonstrable experience creating motion graphics and/or animation for digital channels.
• Experience producing content for social media and web.
• Working knowledge of relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications or equivalent creative tools.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple briefs and priorities.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to contribute across a broad range of marketing activities.

Experience in B2B, engineering, technology or another technical sector would be useful, but is not essential.
