Core function:
The Digital Marketing Specialist / Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that strengthen company's online visibility and drive business growth. This includes running paid ads, improving SEO, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
The role is execution-focused with strategic involvement, meaning the person should be hands-on in running campaigns while also contributing ideas and recommendations to enhance results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and track digital marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads (GDN Google Display Network banners, Search)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (used on an ad-hoc basis)
- Support SEO initiatives, including:
- Improving the company website's organic visibility on Google and AI search platforms
- Conducting keyword research and providing content marketing suggestions
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness through:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
- Develop and recommend future campaign strategies based on performance data.
- Assist in ad platform expansion by recommending and onboarding new ad channels (e.g., Grab Ads, GCash Ads) that can be resold to clients.
- Interpret marketing reports (impressions, CTR, conversions, ROI) to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights.
Tools and Platforms:
Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads / Display / Search
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
- (Plus) Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
Key Performance Metrics:
- Website traffic and organic visibility growth
- Lead generation and conversion rate
- Ad campaign ROI (cost per click, cost per lead)
- Engagement metrics (CTR, impressions)
- SEO keyword ranking improvements
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years in digital marketing, managing paid campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
- Preferably from tech, start-up, or advertising/marketing agency environments.
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
