Job Summary
The Marketing Executive – Health & Wellness supports the end-to-end execution and campaign implementation for Dermorepubliq's Health & Wellness category. Working directly under the Category Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for translating category strategies into well-coordinated, ground-level activations — managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring campaigns and events are delivered with precision and brand consistency.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires strong organizational discipline, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced marketing environment. The Marketing Executive directly increases campaign output capacity for the Health & Wellness category and is expected to be fully involved during campaign launches, on-ground activations, and events — including during weekends and holidays when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Campaign Execution & End-to-End Implementation
- Execute the day-to-day implementation of Health & Wellness category campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Translate overarching campaign briefs into product-level activations with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate all campaign touchpoints from pre-production through to post-campaign wrap-up.
- Ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time, on-brief, and within budget.
- On-Ground Activations & Events
- Assist in the planning and full on-ground execution of events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, materials preparation, and ingress/egress coordination with Marketing Operations.
- Be present and actively manage on-ground activations, including during weekends and holidays as required.
- Ensure smooth execution of activation day activities and escalate issues in real time.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and consolidate campaign performance data across platforms and activations.
- Prepare post-campaign summaries and performance reports for the Category Marketing Manager.
- Track key campaign KPIs and flag performance gaps or opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Marketing Operations, Creative, Performance, and PR & Affiliate teams to align on execution requirements.
- Facilitate timely routing of assets, approvals, and logistics across teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for activation-related requirements.
- Content & Asset Management
- Assist in briefing creative assets for campaign activations and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign materials, assets, and records.
Qualification And Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- Open to entry-level candidates; 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or campaign execution is a plus.
- Exposure to health & wellness, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating activations, events, or cross-functional projects is preferred.
