We're looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Executive who combines creativity with commercial thinking. This role is responsible for growing our digital presence, increasing direct bookings, strengthening guest engagement, and ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects our premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, guest engagement, and direct bookings.
  • Create marketing campaigns aligned with seasonal promotions, occupancy goals, and business priorities.
  • Continuously optimize marketing activities based on data, customer behavior, and market trends.

Social Media Management - Own and grow The Gate's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms by:

  • Planning and publishing engaging content
  • Managing community engagement and guest interactions
  • Monitoring trends and competitor activity
  • Leveraging user-generated content
  • Tracking performance and optimizing content based on engagement metrics

Content & Brand Management

  • Create compelling digital content including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and guest stories.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and creative assets with internal teams and external creators.
  • Develop marketing collateral including graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Own the email marketing strategy from planning through execution.
  • Build segmented campaigns for different guest audiences.
  • Develop automated customer journeys including welcome emails, post-stay communications, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and improve guest retention through personalized marketing.

Website & Direct Booking Optimization

  • Improve website performance and user experience to maximize direct bookings.
  • Analyze conversion funnels and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop landing pages and promotional campaigns.
  • Recommend new digital tools and technologies that improve guest experience and conversion rates.

SEO & Paid Digital Marketing

  • Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, content planning, and technical recommendations.
  • Manage or coordinate paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Optimize Google Business Profile and local search visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance and maximize marketing ROI.

Analytics & Reporting - Measure and report marketing performance across all channels, including:

  • Website traffic
  • Direct bookings
  • Social media performance
  • Email marketing
  • SEO
  • Paid advertising
  • Customer acquisition and retention
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, freelancers, photographers, and creative vendors.
  • Establish clear deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Review performance, manage budgets, and ensure quality execution.

Innovation & AI - Stay current with emerging digital marketing technologies and evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-powered tools, automation, personalization, and content creation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with operations and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives, guest experience, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Hospitality Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Social Media Marketing
  • Experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
  • Hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience is highly preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful digital campaigns is an advantage
  • Strong experience with:
    • Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Google Search Console
    • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
    • HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM platforms
    • Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Content Management Systems (CMS)
    • Email marketing platforms
    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Knowledge of AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Claude, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Must be willing to work from M to F, 3pm to 12am PH Time
