About Us

We are a fast-growing fintech company focused on global payments, card products, and financial services. Our business covers both B2B and B2C markets, including card issuing, merchant acquiring, cross-border payments, and innovative digital payment solutions. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused marketing professional to support brand building, customer acquisition, social media growth, and partnership marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage and grow the company's social media channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and publish engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Maintain and update the company website and landing pages.
  • Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to improve website traffic and conversion rates.

Lead Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Support lead generation initiatives across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive user growth and engagement.

Partnership & Co-brand Marketing

  • Support partnership marketing initiatives with merchants, strategic partners, and ecosystem partners.
  • Assist in co-branded campaigns, promotional activities, and business collaborations.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal and external stakeholders.

PR & Events

  • Assist in organizing media activities, product launches, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
  • Support public relations efforts and media communications.
  • Coordinate event logistics and post-event reporting.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Business Development, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support business objectives.
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and company initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
  • Strong interest in marketing, fintech, payments, technology, or financial services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong execution abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
