From brainstorming campaigns face-to-face with our team to capturing live content and supporting on-site events, your physical presence will directly shape our brand's community and reputation.

Location: Quezon City, Philippines (Full-Time, On-Site)

Work Setup: 100% On-Site (Collaborative, high-energy office environment)

Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days a week, shifting schedule) in Quezon City, Philippines.

What You'll Do

As our on-site Marketing Executive, you will drive our organic growth, brand reputation, and local event footprint:

• Manage, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Actively support and drive on-site marketing initiatives, local events, and promotional activities, creating real-time content and materials.
• Monitor organic marketing channels, optimize Messenger/Instagram DM automation, and analyze performance metrics to boost lead generation and user experience.
• Monitor online discussions, professionally handle public-facing inquiries/comments, and manage potential brand reputation concerns.
• Partner directly with the Recruitment team in the office to align messaging and improve candidate/participant conversion rates.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to reliably commute to our Quezon City office daily and comfortably support local, physical events.
• Proven track record in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Highly skilled in Canva, CapCut, or similar mobile and desktop content creation/editing tools.
• Fluent in both Tagalog and English
• A proactive, organized team player who balances creative instincts with data-driven decision-making.
