The Qualifications We Seek

Education & Experience

  • Possess 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, app marketing, campaign coordination, or marketing operations, preferably within a mobile app environment.
  • Demonstrate experience managing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns, including campaign tracking, performance analysis, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Have hands-on experience with mobile app marketing, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of iOS and Android app ecosystems, including platform-specific marketing considerations and performance metrics.
  • Have experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), app store reporting, and app performance monitoring; this is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with app pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer journey optimization.
  • Be proficient in using campaign tracking tools, shared documentation platforms, reporting dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent practical experience.

Success Measures

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of campaign coordination and administrative activities.
  • Maintain the quality and completeness of briefs, trackers, approval records, and campaign documentation.
  • Deliver campaign components and supporting tasks on schedule.
  • Contribute to seamless campaign execution and the reduction of avoidable errors.

Your Daily Tasks

Campaign Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate the setup and execution of subscription campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Manage campaign timelines, trackers, approvals, and handovers to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign details, creative assets, dates, and links before launch.
  • Ensure call center teams receive comprehensive campaign briefings to support exceptional customer service.

Brief Management, Asset Coordination & Approvals

  • Coordinate campaign briefs, matrices, creative assets, and required inputs from internal stakeholders.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of campaign copy, creative materials, offer details, and supporting information before launch.
  • Monitor and track approvals through the appropriate review and approval processes.
  • Maintain version control of campaign materials and ensure the use of the latest approved assets.
  • Upload press creative assets for publication.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and status reports to ensure visibility and effective workload management.
  • Manage price books to ensure accurate offers are available to call center agents.
  • Compile campaign results, insights, learnings, and recommended next steps for reporting purposes.
  • Document campaign activities, process updates, and execution records accurately.
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate discrepancies, delays, and issues that may impact campaign delivery or performance.

Customer Journey & Campaign Experience

  • Ensure campaign activities align with customer journeys and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Verify the consistency of campaign details across shopfronts, channels, communications, and supporting service materials.
  • Escalate issues, blockers, and inconsistencies promptly to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Capture and communicate customer and stakeholder feedback to support continuous campaign improvement.

Team Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign delivery, operational processes, and team effectiveness.
  • Coordinate purchase order creation and invoice processing activities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, organized, and positive team culture.
  • Participate in team initiatives, projects, and broader business programs as required.
  • Develop expertise in subscription marketing, campaign execution, and customer lifecycle management.
