Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Marketing & Events Specialist. The Marketing & Events Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while developing and implementing marketing strategies. Additional duties include conducting market research, managing customer interactions, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance brand presence and client engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

Event Coordination & Execution (60–70%)

· Coordinate scheduling and logistics for dinners, webinars, conferences, and partner events

· Conduct venue research, manage vendor coordination, and support contract logistics

· Build and own event invite lists, leveraging CRM, LinkedIn, partner networks, and conference attendee data to expand reach beyond existing relationships

· Own prospect sourcing and outreach coordination for events, including building target invite lists (LinkedIn, CRM, partner inputs), drafting and sending outreach, and managing follow-ups to drive attendance

· Track attendee confirmations and maintain centralized event tracking documents

· Track and manage event pipeline metrics, including outreach volume, response rates, and confirmed attendees to ensure target attendance is achieved

· Coordinate calendars, confirmations, and pre-event communications

· Develop run-of-show documents and support day-of execution logistics

 

Graphic Design & Social Execution (30–40%)

· Create event-related graphics (invitations, social posts, promotional assets)

· Develop and format social media content for LinkedIn and other channels

· Schedule and publish social media posts aligned to campaigns and events

· Repurpose existing content into social snippets and promotional materials

· Support development of presentation materials, one-pagers, and light design needs

Marketing Support

· Maintain event and social content calendars

· Organize and manage digital asset libraries

· Support basic website updates and marketing tasks as needed

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in events content creation and graphic design
  • Strong English writing skills
  • Experience with prospect research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems) preferred
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Self-directed with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with U.S. business hours overlap
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
