About The Role
In this pivotal role reporting to the Director of MPH Marketing, you will manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with our Medical Affairs Department and serve as the crucial link between Brand Management and the Medical Team. You will also be at the helm of planning, leading, organizing, and monitoring our marketing events both regionally and nationwide.
What You Will Do
Marketing Event Planning:
- Prepares, reviews the annual marketing events plan for the products assigned in the business unit. The marketing event plan normally contains promotional strategies of each product in the job responsibility.
- Ensures marketing event plans, materials and activities are aligned with the objectives & key strategies
- Ensures contingency measures to anticipate changes in the Marketing Event plan
- Acquires market information concerning competitors, market situation and collaborates with marketing colleagues
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and feedback and leverage learnings to improve.
- Identify best or emerging industry practices, technologies, and tools and appropriately apply as needed.
KOL Management
- Maintain a strong pool of KOLs and coordinate closely with doctors and speakers during marketing activities.
Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Business Dev't, Medical, Regulatory, SFE, Finance, HR on marketing related activities.
- Ensures that schedules of marketing event and other special events are well coordinated with the MDs, Product Managers and District Sales Managers.
- Identify and uncover scientific educational needs and gaps from sales and marketing leaders and Key Opinion Leaders.
Compliance to Regulations
- Ensures alignment with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Plans and executes marketing event and other special activities in accordance to established company and PHAP guidelines and set budget.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years experience as District Sales Manager in a multinational pharmaceutical corporation.
- Pharmaceutical product management experience and/or related work experience will be an advantage.
- Highly knowledgeable in company policies and the Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices of the Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Association of the Philippines (PHAP).
- Experience in pharmaceutical product management or related work is a definite advantage
- With strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Computer literate
