The Position

Roche Philippines is looking for a Marketing Enabler to join our commercialteam. We're moving beyond just offering world-class medicines to becoming true partners in the healthcare ecosystem, leading innovation and generating disruption to deliver better outcomes for patients, the system, and our organization, faster.

As a Marketing Enabler, you will serve as a visionary leader and strategic expert, empowering our disease area teams to lead generative disruption in the healthcare space. Your purpose is to bridge the gap between world-class medicines and transformative partnerships, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized, insightful, and orchestrated to address the real-world needs of patients. You will co-define our portfolio strategy and take ownership of the customer engagement tactics that differentiate Roche in the market.

What You Will Be Working On

In this role, you will be a powerful lever for change, blending traditional and digital activities into a unified experience. You will:

  • Co-create the vision:Work closely with cross-functional disease area teams and medical enablers to make customer experience an integral part of our local strategy.

  • Architect omnichannel campaigns: Design and execute integrated campaigns that balance speed, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

  • Lead with insights: Transform qualitative and quantitative data into actionable suggestions that directly contribute to desired disease area outcomes.

  • Drive segmentation strategy: Define and implement customer segmentation based on local needs and global frameworks to address key pain points in the patient journey.

  • Collaborate across networks:Partner with the APAC Customer Experience (Cx) Network to tailor global strategies for our local affiliate.

  • Champion content excellence: Work with stakeholders and agencies to create, localize, and deploy high-quality content across all communication channels.

  • Own the learning loop: Lead the closed-loop process to ensure continuous improvement based on the Voice of the Customer and performance analytics.

  • Ensure ethical standards:Oversee the review and approval of promotional materials, ensuring all activities meet the highest ethical and compliance standards.

  • Partner in event management:Collaborate with teams and external partners to deliver impactful events that engage our community.

  • Foster innovation:Use an outcomes-based planning approach to identify new priorities and establish leadership in prioritized disease areas.

Who you are:

You are a passionate and experienced professional with a desire to create a significant impact. As the Marketing enabler, you will actively participate in our network and provide guidance to customer-facing teams.

You have:

  • Education: A degree in Health/Medical Sciences and/or Business/Marketing or equivalent

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a commercial setting within the pharmaceutical or a related industry, with a strong understanding of the relevant codes of conduct.

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and are skilled at creating engaging omnichannel customer journeys.

  • Omnichannel Expertise:You have demonstrated experience in planning and delivering complex campaigns that seamlessly integrate digital and face-to-face engagement.

  • VACC Leadership:You naturally embody the roles of Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach to navigate structures and drive personalized engagement.

  • Collaborative Spirit:You excel at leading cross-functional projects and have a steal with pride attitude toward adopting global best practices.
    Analytical Depth: You are skilled at turning complex data into clear insights and owning the success signals for omnichannel plans.

  • A Customer-Centric Heart:You prioritize the needs of customers and patients in every decision, demonstrating a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks to improve their experience

  • Excellent project management skillsand are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Englishincluding oral & written communication
