ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Manages the Business Unit brand portfolio by guiding the marketing team through-out the marketing plan development process provides guidance in developing the Business Strategy
• Develops Segment Strategy and Road Map
• Reviews and approves product sales forecasts, brand budgets and profit plans
• Monitors execution of different programs of the brands within the segment
• Drives and facilitates the introduction of new products.
• Partners with the Division Leadership Team as an Enterprise Guardian on by championing compliance to corporate policies
• Supports and drives the professional development of the team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate should have a strategic mindset, strong business acumen and analytical skills, and must be comfortable in challenging the status quo
• Must be innovative and creative, and have strong communication skills
• Must have solid experience in the pharma industry
• Has sense of urgency and agility Must have experience handling and leading a team
