Job Summary
The Marketing Development Specialist is responsible for representing the company for offline, real-world marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and visibility. The role focuses on
building and maintaining meaningful connections to business associations, channel partners, press
& media practitioners, industry expos, influencers, potential customers, delivering CSR activities
while ensuring the smooth flow of offline marketing tasks like coordinating events, implementing
customer loyalty programs and other offline related marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Attend, represent, and build meaningful connections with industry associations. Build and maintain mutually beneficial channel partnerships with businesses. Source and connect to influencers who align with the company's branding strategies. Manage relationships with press & media practitioners. Lead the attendance or presentation for business expos and conferences. Deliver CSR initiatives to institutions and applicable beneficiaries. Conceptualize sponsored or own events, coordinate with events suppliers, and ensure
the smooth flow of said event. Implement customer loyalty and referral programs to existing customers. Arrange other offline initiatives like mall kiosks, flyering, and D2D campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, or other academic degrees that support communication and people engagement
Strong interpersonal, networking, communication, and follow-up skills. Naturally energetic and outgoing personality
Comfortable working in the field that may include activities that will exceed regular
working hours. Well-presented, polished, and professional when engaging with the public. [Optional] With non-professional driver's license
