Are you a creative designer who enjoys working across graphic design, web, social media, marketing campaigns, photo, and video

We're looking for a Marketing Designer to join a growing U.S.-based business and create compelling visual content across both digital and traditional marketing channels.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer who wants to expand beyond traditional graphic design and build experience across web design, digital marketing, multimedia, and creative production.

What You'll Do

Web Design

• Create and enhance responsive web layouts.
• Work with WordPress to develop engaging website experiences.
• Use Elementor to build and refine layouts when applicable.

Social & Digital Marketing

• Create visual content for social media campaigns.
• Design digital ads and online marketing assets.
• Develop graphics that support digital marketing initiatives.

Marketing Collateral

• Design case studies, one-pagers, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Create visually compelling presentation decks.
• Develop materials for internal and client-facing communications.

Print & Events

• Design signage, banners, tradeshow materials, and other print assets.

Photo & Video

• Edit and enhance marketing photos.
• Edit videos, including captions and audio adjustments.
• Create basic motion graphics.

Creative Production

• Create product mockups and creative concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain consistency across brand materials and marketing channels.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, production, or a related field.
• Strong and versatile portfolio.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• WordPress — required
• Responsive web design
• Photo editing
• Video editing
• Basic motion graphics

Familiarity With

• Canva
• Figma
• HubSpot
• Notion
• Riverside
• Elementor

Nice to Have

• Animation
• Advanced Figma experience
