Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Data Analytics Manager will work with the Group CMO of Ramcar and the Marketing teams to generate Marketing strategies and tactics that accelerate profitable revenue growth. He/she will be responsible for data-driven insights that will be used to generate programs that expedite user acquisition, retention and loyalty. He/she will be in charge of measuring and understanding near-real-time customer feedback from various sources, recommending practical courses of action that will build brand preference and sales. He/she will do predictive modeling, a key resource in growth hacking and helps ensure efficient, high-impact marketing investment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key contributor to building NPS for Ramcar brands, as a member of the Growth Hack Team, primarily composed of Marketing and Product Development
  • Works with the teams to design and quickly assess A/B tests and growth experiments
  • Gauges the impact of Ramcar Brands Marketing initiatives (including new product launches and improvements), identifies strengths and weaknesses and provides recommendations.
  • Collects and analyzes data across marketing channels, paid, organic, social, etc.
  • Monitors competitive moves and impact on Ramcar's brands, recommends actions to reinforce or negate
  • Monitors and reports on industry and consumer trends relevant to Ramcar's businesses.
  • Prepares regular dashboards, reports, and presentations for management highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Assists in developing revenue forecasts, pricing analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Identifies and flags potential crisis situations that are brewing.
  • Builds a database of key Marketing learnings that can benefit different brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research skills with proficiency in relevant software and the use of large language models.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • High degree of curiosity, passionate about growing brands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams

Experience:

  • At least 2–4 years of work experience in marketing data analytics, research, or business analysis.
  • Experience in growth hacking and building user loyalty preferred.
  • Proficiency in analyzing digital and social media campaign performance is a plus.
  • Background in tech, manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries could be an advantage.
  • Understanding of customer journeys.
