About Us Tryp.com is a disruptive, AI-driven global travel platform. We harness proprietary data to create unique, multi-city travel packages, combining flights, trains, and buses into seamless, personalized trips. Our marketing team is exceptional at creating visual hooks and driving massive top-of-funnel volume for our travel packages. Now, we need a ruthless, data-driven Analyst Boss to bridge the gap between our marketing operations and our data strategy.

The Role We are looking for a highly analytical, hungry tech-forward graduate. You must deeply understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), track the booking journey, help manage the marketing team, measure SoM (Share of Market/Social Media) performance, and direct the team towards virality.

You are a Vibe Coder & AI Power User We don't care if you write every line of Python from scratch. We want someone who intimately knows how to leverage AI (specifically Claude, Codex, Gemini, or ChatGPT) to vibe code anything. If you need a custom script to stitch an API into Looker Studio or pull booking metrics, you know exactly how to prompt Claude to build it fast, test it, and deploy it.

• A Math Genius with Drive: You are likely a recent graduate from a top-tier university (UP Diliman, Ateneo, DLSU, or similar) with a degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Tech-Obsessed: You live and breathe AI. You use Claude to code, automate, and solve complex logic problems.
• TikTok Native: You natively understand how the TikTok algorithm works, how users consume short-form travel content, and how creator ecosystems function.
• Exceptional Communicator: You speak and write fluent, flawless English. You can take complex mathematical models and translate them into clear, actionable coaching for our international team.
