Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support the Marketing team with data reporting, performance

tracking, and insights generation. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in

marketing analytics. This role will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting data to optimize

marketing performance, track key metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Reporting Gather and consolidate marketing performance data from Meta,

Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and CRM tools.

  • Performance Dashboards & Visualization Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and

reports using Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to track CTR, CPC, ROAS, DAU,

and retention rates.

  • Campaign Performance Analysis Analyze paid media, organic traffic, and CRM data to

generate actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies.

  • Data Accuracy & Validation Ensure data integrity by cross-referencing sources and validating

campaign performance metrics.

  • A/B Testing & Experiment Tracking Monitor and report on A/B test results for ad creatives,

landing pages, and audience targeting.

  • Budget & Spend Analysis Track ad spend vs. performance efficiency, assisting in budget

allocation and ROI optimization.

  • Custom Reports & Insights Provide weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends, anomalies,

and optimization opportunities.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support Work with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social

Media teams to enhance user acquisition and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with strong data experience (internships, coursework, or projects) are encouraged

to apply.

  • Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables,

VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).

  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, DAU).
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CRM tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data querying is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience in sportsbook, casino, or digital marketing industries is a plus but not required.
