Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support the Marketing team with data reporting, performance
tracking, and insights generation. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in
marketing analytics. This role will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting data to optimize
marketing performance, track key metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Reporting Gather and consolidate marketing performance data from Meta,
Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and CRM tools.
- Performance Dashboards & Visualization Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and
reports using Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to track CTR, CPC, ROAS, DAU,
and retention rates.
- Campaign Performance Analysis Analyze paid media, organic traffic, and CRM data to
generate actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies.
- Data Accuracy & Validation Ensure data integrity by cross-referencing sources and validating
campaign performance metrics.
- A/B Testing & Experiment Tracking Monitor and report on A/B test results for ad creatives,
landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Budget & Spend Analysis Track ad spend vs. performance efficiency, assisting in budget
allocation and ROI optimization.
- Custom Reports & Insights Provide weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends, anomalies,
and optimization opportunities.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support Work with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social
Media teams to enhance user acquisition and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong data experience (internships, coursework, or projects) are encouraged
to apply.
- Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables,
VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, DAU).
- Experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and data querying is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience in sportsbook, casino, or digital marketing industries is a plus but not required.
