  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP,

advanced formulas).

  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, DAU).
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, CRM tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data querying is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in sportsbook, casino, or digital marketing industries is a plus but not required.

Job Description

  • Gather and consolidate marketing performance data from Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and CRM tools.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using

Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to track CTR, CPC, ROAS, DAU, and retention rates.

  • Analyze paid media, organic traffic, and CRM data to generate actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity by cross-referencing sources and validating campaign performance metrics.
  • Monitor and report on A/B test results for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Track ad spend vs. performance efficiency, assisting in budget allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Work with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social Media teams to enhance user acquisition and retention strategies.

Work Schedule

  • On-site setup
  • 9 hours inclusive of 1 hr break from 8:0010:00 AM (flexible start time) to 5:007:00 PM (flexible end time)
