About The Role
We are looking for a
Marketing Data Analyst (CRM) to support marketing initiatives through customer data analysis and CRM optimization. The ideal candidate will provide insights that improve campaign performance, customer retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop customer segmentation for personalized marketing campaigns.
- Measure campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Support CRM initiatives focused on customer acquisition and retention.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams.
- Ensure CRM data quality and accuracy.
- Recommend automation to improve marketing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM, or customer analytics.
- Experience working with digital or online products.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
