Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or other related creative fields.
Proficient in photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop or other alternatives.
Optional but highly advantageous - Proficient in video editing software like Adobe Premiere or other alternatives.
Basic knowledge and familiarity of online social media and digital platforms for inbound marketing and advertising. (FB, IG, LinkedIn).
Good messaging skills across ad copy, long-form content, and brand storytelling and having the ability to consistently portray the company's messaging, tone, and branding.
Detail-oriented and with good appreciation of beauty; Good eye for artistic work.
Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, write, and collaborate with people, tools, and resources for the creation of long-form and short-form video graphic content.
Copywrite, layout, and post content regularly on social media platforms.
Schedule, post and monitor lead generating ads and branding posts on social media platforms.
Coordinate with the customer relationship team to convert generated leads into customers.
Write articles for news & media outlets and blog posts for the website.
Compose and run lead generating email campaigns and newsletters to target markets.
Support the development and or maintenance of company website with creative content.
Create and monitor the inventory of marketing collateral.
Produce printed marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, folders, company profiles, calling cards, etc.
Produce materials and content in line with the creative and writing field. Support to other creative and writing-related tasks.
Coordinate with external people regarding outbound display ads including billboards, malls, fences, lamp post banners, etc.

Salary Range Per Month - (18,000 - 25,000)
Employment Type - Permanent (6 months under probationary period)
