Company Description Condor POS Solutions RP Inc. is a leading POS solutions provider in the Philippines, trusted by over 10,000 establishments since 2009 and accredited by both the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and major malls. Originally founded as a BPO supporting POS dealers in North America, the company has grown into a full-service corporation offering software, hardware, and services tailored to diverse industries. Its flagship Condor Integrated Management System (CIMS) serves specialty retail, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and many other sectors through a rich set of POS features. Condor also offers CPOS-branded OEM hardware, including all-in-one systems, receipt and label printers, and barcode scanners, to deliver end-to-end solutions. In 2024, Condor became the exclusive Philippine distributor of Misa CukCuk, a cloud-based POS platform operating in 22 countries and now BIR-accredited for the local food and beverage market.

Role Description The Marketing Creative Intern will support the marketing team in developing and executing creative materials that promote Condor POS and its cloud-based and legacy solutions. This internship role is hybrid, with primary work based in Quezon City and some tasks that can be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in the creation of social media content, marketing collateral, and basic graphic or layout concepts; helping with campaign planning and coordination; and conducting light market or competitor research. The intern will also help maintain brand consistency across online and offline channels, support content scheduling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information and success stories. The role offers hands-on experience in marketing for technology and retail-focused solutions while contributing to real campaigns and projects.

Qualifications

  • Creative marketing skills, including basic content creation for social media, simple copywriting, and an eye for visual design and brand consistency.
  • Foundational digital marketing knowledge, such as familiarity with social platforms, basic understanding of online campaigns, and interest in analytics or performance tracking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, openness to feedback, and the ability to work with different teams.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently enrolled in degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field
  • Comfort with common office and creative tools (e.g., word processing, presentation software; familiarity with basic design tools like Canva or similar is an advantage).
  • Interest in technology, retail, and the food and beverage industry, with willingness to learn about POS systems and cloud-based
