We are seeking a creative and detail-orientedMarketing Coordinatorto join our marketing team of a real estate brokerage. This role is ideal for a self-starter withstrong writing and design skillswho is experienced in elevating brand visibility across multiple marketing channels.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible forproducing high-quality content across social media, internal communications, blogs, newsletters, and agent resources.They will also support theexecution of property advertisingthrough our concierge program and collaborate onstrategic marketing campaignsthat drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design

  • Develop and design engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Write and design agent-facing newsletters, blog posts, and other internal communications
  • Design branded marketing materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign
  • Produce polished visual assets for digital and print marketing needs

Agent Support & Communications

  • Serve as a point of contact for agents seeking marketing support and custom assets
  • Coordinate content updates and ensure timely communication of new tools, campaigns, and resources
  • Assist with onboarding materials and branded collateral for agents

Property Advertising & Campaign Execution

  • Support property marketing through our concierge program, including flyers, postcards, and digital ads
  • Help implement targeted marketing campaigns for listings, brand initiatives, and events
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and aligned with brand guidelines

Collaboration & Workflow Management

  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team in a collaborative and team-focused environment
  • Maintain a shared task log to track project status and deadlines
  • Assist with performance reporting and idea generation for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Management, Business, or related courses
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or related field(real estate experience a huge advantage)
  • Strong writing and editing skillswith attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy
  • Proficiency inCanva and Adobe InDesign;familiarity with other design tools is a plus
  • Solid understanding ofsocial media platforms and content trends
  • Proficient inWordPress
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Comfortable communicating with internal teams and a large roster of agents
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Preferably can start ASAP
  • Preferably residing within or near Metro Manila
  • Comfortable working in early shift schedule (3AM to 12NN)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience inemail marketing platforms (i.e. Constant Contact)
  • Familiarity withCRM systems or real estate platforms
  • Good understanding ofSEO, blog strategy, or digital advertising is a bonus
