Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is located within Fort Bonifacio, a former military base and city centre. With 60 storeys, it is comprise of 576 hotel guestrooms and suites, 97 hotel residences and 96 exclusive Horizon Homes, the building is destined to be a Manila landmark. The new hotel complements the company's five existing properties in the Philippines.
The mixed-use of business, residential and retail tower is located along 30th Street corner 5th Avenue, within the new, fast-developing Taguig business district. A 30-minute drive from the international airport, the hotel is also close to the Manila Golf Club and Manila Polo Club, and is just 10 minutes from Makati district, the capital's financial, cultural and entertainment hub with first-class shopping malls.
DUTIES
He/She will support the hotel's overall Marketing Communications and creative requirements, with a strong focus on the development and coordination of digital and print marketing materials. The role will handle basic graphic design, artwork adaptation, and content development, while coordinating more complex creative requirements with outsourced graphic artists and other creative partners. He/She will also assist in developing creative references and design pegs, reviewing outputs for quality and brand consistency, and managing day-to-day marketing coordination, production, and administrative requirements.

Requirements
- Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Marketing Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design or in the same capacity
- Prefarably with relevant experience in marketing communications, creative production, and graphic design
- Preferably has strong creative eye with a good understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Preferaby has the ability to develop creative references, mood boards, and design pegs, and provide clear feedback on creative work
- Preferably proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Preferably has working knowledge of photo and video editing
- Preferably has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prefeably detail-oriented, with the ability to review materials for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Preferably has experience in coordinating creative suppliers, photo and video shoots, print production, and marketing collateral
- Prefarably has strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Prefarably proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple creative and administrative requirements in a fast-paced environment
