Pontoon is seeking a dynamic, multitalented, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our established, highperforming global marketing team. What you'll be doing
- Project Coordination: Support and manage a wide range of marketing initiatives from concept through deliverymaintaining timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring highquality outcomes.
- Event Support: Assist our Events Lead with research, logistics, venue and vendor coordination, experiential ideas, and postevent engagement followup.
- Creative Production: Develop highquality visual presentations in PowerPoint and create polished, onbrand assets using Canva and other design tools.
- Social Media Support: Manage posting, scheduling, and engagement across key social media channels.
- Content Creation Support: Assist internal experts with content writing, editing, and layout.
- Multimedia & Light Video Editing: Support simple videoediting needs to help elevate campaign storytelling and internal communications.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual and written identity.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About you
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing support, coordination, or similar role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proven event management or event-support experience with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
- Positive, proactive, cando attitude and a true teamplayer mindset.
- Experience in content creation (blogs, whitepapers, web copy) for LinkedIn campaigns and sales promotional assets for outreach is desirable.
- Experience managing social media posting channels and engagement.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Sales Nav, Lucha, and Crystal Knows tools products is desirable.
- Video production & editing capabilities is desirable.
- Open to work during EMEA/mid shift and work onsite once a week
