Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop marketing materials, blog posts, case studies, and technical content
Social Media & Posting
- Manage and schedule LinkedIn posts
- Analyze engagement and support audience growth
Website Management
- Maintain and update website content (WordPress or Zoho experience is a plus)
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email campaigns and newsletters
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities for retargeting, segmentation, and drip campaigns
Trade Show Planning & Execution
- Support trade show strategy including booth booking, sponsorships, swag, and event advertising
- Identify relevant events and evaluate ROI
Brand Awareness
- Help expand and refine brand guidelines
- Develop templates and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights
What We're Looking For
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively
- 3–5 years of marketing experience
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising
- Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar)
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
- HubSpot experience preferred (bonus if experienced with automation/workflows)
